Beginning as a Motion Designer focused on creating animations for online campaign banners and videos, the professional advanced from a Junior Motion Designer to a Motion Media Coordinator. In this role, responsibilities included overseeing creative and motion teams in marketing and advertising campaigns for clients such as Rock in Rio, Bradesco, and Domino's. Seeking further growth, the individual transitioned into Project Management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of UX/UI designers and developers to address challenges, exemplified by developing the Melissa Swap app—a platform designed to facilitate the sale, purchase, and exchange of products among users while enhancing brand engagement.
With over seven years of experience in project management, the professional led multidisciplinary teams, from initial brief capturing to final delivery. This encompassed the creation of proposals and budgets, planning, time management, task scheduling and specifications, oversight of design and development processes, internal testing and client validations, and product launch. Projects managed included those related to creativity, technology, and innovation for major brands such as Localiza, Pinheiro Neto Advogados, Tirolez, JBS, Mary Kay, UNICEF, and Hershey’s.
The primary objective has been to organize and enhance products from the planning stage through to post-launch improvements, driven by data analysis and customer feedback, ensuring team engagement and the delivery of increasingly refined products.
