The Howdy professionals are hired on as full time staff. We do not have any contract terms with any of our partners. Howdy professionals are hired to work on a team with no end date.

How is Howdy's pricing structured?

Pay week-to-week with no added fees or contractual obligations. We strive to be completely transparent with both our partners and their recruits.

How much is the Howdy fee and what is it for?

We charge 15% surcharge per recruit. This fee is what allows us to provide benefits, HR, mentorship, and infrastructure to all your recruits.

Why are payments set up weekly rather than monthly?

We simply bill a flat rate weekly that never changes so we can deduct any PTO or holidays from each week. The holidays and our out-of-office calendar is baked into our invoicing software to automatically deduct them from your weekly invoice. Also, receiving automatic payments helps us pay your teammates without having to float any cash, which also enables us to keep costs low and thus pay your hires more. Everything is designed so that we can depend on software and not people.
