In 2007, the career path evolved into software development by taking up an ERP Business Analyst role. This period of seven years facilitated the development of critical skills in requirement gathering techniques, demand prioritization, and software development management.
In 2017, transitioning into the role of Product Owner expanded strategic capabilities in product development and evolution through data analysis and user feedback. Experience in this capacity includes managing objectives and goals using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), implementing NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys, and applying agile methodologies.
