Bio

Experienced in development since 2018, specializing in the creation and implementation of educational management systems for public schools. Established and developed a functional system that has been implemented in two cities, servicing approximately 60 schools and 15,000 students. Recently undertook a major project involving the comprehensive overhaul of a municipal Web Service that supports the integration of companies with the municipal tax system for invoice issuance, catering to around 15 municipalities.

Responsible for the technical leadership of a 20-developer team, initially focused on maintaining the main product's legacy code. Demonstrated the advantages of migrating to more recent versions and developing new decoupled projects with cleaner code using best programming practices. Developed new functionalities and performed maintenance on the main product, leading a migration project from PHP 5.3 (Legacy) to Laravel 9 with PHP 8.2. Implemented code versioning policies in new products and managed synchronization projects to integrate company systems with external entities. Undertook the project to rewrite a new Web Service in the Abrasf 2.04 standard, incorporating multi-tenancy.
