A SharePoint Online expert must possess skills in site collection and site management, document library configuration, workflow automation using Power Automate, custom app development with PowerApps, and proficiency in SharePoint Designer. They should also be adept at managing permissions and security settings, as well as integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services.
